yea I'm really pissed now. I emailed them about the error and asked a few questions. I found out they sent me a generic email apologizing w/o answering most of my questions. This was determined because I sent the email out to 2 departments and I got the same exact email.
Buy.com has just screwed up. I ordered a product that wasn't backordered I made the order and when buy.com checked it's database it was backordered. I want repercussion!!!
What's the best way to ask for store credit or something similar?(without being too blunt):D
