Stop picking on ME!!! I get good job security from it, when the Customer has me "tweak it" to get it running correctly. DOS/3.1/3.11/NT 3.51/Win95/Win98/Nt 4.0/W2K and ME can be made stable, you just need a little hard work and some information(and downloads of course), providing that...

I'd also recommend the Promise ATA100 card, based on my experience in numerous setups. Easy, no problems and as for performance....geee I never checked, either it works or it doesn't. LOL As for the people suggesting the ATA66 controllers, hmmmmm....they do have a real solid argument there.;)

Depends on Software, Hardware and amount of memory. I'd also consider Security and purpose of the System use.:)
