I have these right now and I really like them a lot. I have had 4 other headsets and this one is BY FAR the best. They are very comfortable with padding on the ears and headband, and the mic provides the clearest, noise-free sound I have heard from a headset.
Highly Recommended...at this...
Wow.
This is very potentially hot because my only (big) complaint with Geeks.com is that their shipping charges make their sometimes very sweet deals, into not-so-hot deals.
Let's hope that they don't raise the price of their items to make up for this promotion.
If you are "lucky" enough to have a MicroCenter nearby, they have DVD+R and DVD-R 8x discs under the WinData brand (rumored to be Taiyo Yuden, but packaging says made in Hong Kong).
14.99 for a 50 pack. Buy 3 or more, 11.99/pack.
I like these buds a lot, as I have problems with buds staying in my ears and these have the wrap around the lobe design.
The only thing is, it's pretty much retail price at $10 anywhere you go. I've seen them at Value City for $6.99. I guess if you consider gas nowadays, it is a deal.
No problems here with the coupon either....
The clerk scanned the coupon, it appeared on the queue on the screen.
Then he scanned in the Seagate drive and then the rest of my items.
He then pressed enter for the total, and a screen came up that said something like, "Apply $20 preferred...
What about a price match with CompUSA?
CompUSA has the drive for 199.99 - $20 Instant Savings = 179.99. Then they have an add'l $40 rebate, but that sucks. :)
So take the CompUSA ad to Circuit City, pricematch the drives using the prices after instant savings, and it should be 10 bucks...
Uh, I ordered some.
You want mine?
Yes, they were that horrid. Half of them were scratched up along the outer tracks of the disc and I got all kinds of read errors. I have a NEC 3520A + latest firmware, and haven't had many problems with any other media.
I will never buy TheTechGeek...
Anyone have an idea of the type of markup on Monster Cables? I'm looking to pick up some component cables but they seem really expensive. Thanks.
Edit - Nevermind, only TVs and Home Audio items.
Some neat items and decent deals, but what they charge for shipping really kills the hotness of the deals.
I've ordered before, but I really can't see myself purchasing from them again due to their shipping cost structure.
I thought the same thing -- But click on the 'Buy Now' button: It sends you to Amazon.com! Discountbedding.us looks like a portal site.
