It does show that there's a significant driver overhead and that even on high-end rigs it's unplayable. 60 avg means it goes way below that. I have a 4670k and 290X and experienced it first hand. Performance is okay with Mantle, but no SweetFX :'(

I did a little research and, apparently, AMD's DX 11 driver doesn't support MTR. I wasn't aware of this. Could that be the reason Techland didn't implement it?
Thanks for the benchmarks. Watching the first video, there seem to be a lot of frametime spikes. Example at 6:30. Horrible lag spike. But 210 ms means 1000 / 210 = 4.7 fps, right? I mean, shouldn't frametime spikes = framerate dips?
Anyways I'll wait to see if they improve the performance, right...
