almost so. I have an A400 and damaged. Bought A460 then. so I know exactly how signal different in the same place. check also their weekly AD, side by side with other phones, A460 only has two bars where others have 4 bars......

the reception for A460 is not good. only 2 bars where a400 could show 4 bars.

for thosse who want a low end tv tuner working under win2000. go bestbuy! I tried pinancle, ati, and hauppauge. both around 30-50 dollars. Pinancle (not pro) seems have the best pix quality. but it stops surpporting winY2k. Ati has most functions and support w2k with their beta software...
