I ran pc performance test and found out that by undervolting my RAM i am gaining a very little performance! Very little. But the strange thing was that my RAM score was pretty less than the RAM score of corsair vengeance which was (same config, same latencies)!!!
Could this be that kingston...
Well consodering 2-way SLI of such a beastly graphic card, you ought to go with multi-monitor setup, i feel so!
Or else go with a 770 and rock with just one 24" monitor!!!
If not overclocking then no need of a 'k' cpu! Go with 4770 if you are to use those 8 threads!!
Hello guys thank you for taking the interest in my query but I have recently build a new amd based gaming PC and the specs are:
CPU- AMD FX 8350
Mobo- Asus m5a99fx pro r2.0
Gpu- Xfx R9-280x(1000MHz)
PSU- Corsair GS-700 (2013 edition)
RAM- Kingston hyperX blue DDR3-1600mhz 2x4GB (1.65V)...
Well then I am left with 7950 boost coz it is really the bang for the buck, one more thing: I don't want to have some crazy quad crossfire or quad SLI so should I go for a 970 chipset board ? What else other than the above, will I loose over 990fx?? How should I update the BIOS if it isn't...
To be honest I don't know what CUDA is used for so u are right, I don't need that CUDA and all that stuff! So aren't those TXAA and MSAA really important?
Regarding Drivers, whose are much more stable as you all might have experienced coz I have only AMD experience!! And one thing I like about...
Thanks guyz but if I do get a chance to spend more so can I go for 670 over 7970 coz these CUDA,MSAA,TXAA adaptive V-sync technologies do fancy me and I have never seen the merits and de-merits of those stuff's so I am leaning more on the NVIDIA side!!!!
Can the MSI 660ti PE be a better option for my rig coz its a bit cheap and is reviewed to be better than a 7950 O.C.!!!?
Will the seasonice S12-II suffice for the overall needs of the rig with a 660ti?
Thanks a lot dude I might decide on what to buy but hey, thanks for saving me from the pain staking process of selecting the 3570k with the equivalent board and that compatibility stuff!
Ohk so finally, what should I buy? Plz make me a List of your choices of parts for a gaming rig and Intel as well as AMD platforms will do great! And my budget is somewer around 1200$ not more than that, and I wanna play any game I throw at it in 1080p !!!!!
