The one with the higher cfm is clearly better, but I don't know if you're willing to get the 14 more cfm for an additional 8cfm.
If I were you I'd choose the 92mm, just because it's quieter.
I think it's mainly ram, when I had 1x512mb of some crucial value stuff I couldn't raise fsb that high (I think I hit 2.4GHz at highest with 200 x 12). I had to replace that anyways because it was being a bottleneck so I got a 2x512mb pack of good OCZ, and that DEFINITELY helped my oc to become...
Go for a 3000+ Venice, there are lots of people that are happy with those, and if you OC, you can get them to at least 2.4GHz, I haven't heard of anything lower than that.
At a higher vcore you have a higher chance to own your cpu, and you get less life out of it the higher you raise it. I'm fully aware of that on my mobile 2500+ with a 1.825v core, but I don't care because I plan on getting a 3800+ X2 soon, and it should last me long enough :)
