When is Intel gonna make their 64bit hybrid cpu?

All of the 6xx series CPU's are 64 bit ready.

Is this a common misconception? I was told that people would say "Intel's processor has EMT-64 which isn't REALLY 64-bit" and I had a hard time believing that was true. But I guess since there's still threads coming up with people saying "Oh.. but the Pentium 4 is 2.4GHz and the AMD one is 2GHz so why is the AMD one faster???"

Some of their newer Xeon's have EMT-64.
