I'm running 450x8 (3.6) on mine and get lower temps. I set my VCore to 1.325 in BIOS and it gets read under load by CPU-z as 1.28 Tempwise, using RealTemp (shows TjMax of 95C), I idle at 39-42C across cores... most simple stuff (Internet, etc) bumps that to mid 40s or so. Games get it up...

Is there much point to trying to lower ram timings from 5-5-5-XX to 4-4-4-XX on these? Would that introduce much in the way of performance for standard gaming and/or video encoding operations?

Oh, and if on my X48 Gigabyte mobo, my FSB overvoltage is +0.20 and my FSB overvoltage is +0.25, what does that mean in absolute figures? I want to be sure I'm not too out there... I can probably try tweaking them lower.
