    One of my HDD's SMART values dropped to 103 from 110... The value is Spin Up Time... Should I worry about it...? What is the Spin Up Time for? I got this reading from Active SMART 2.12 And this is the value I got from SpeedFan... B6D, which is 3900 when converted to Hex value...
