I have had similar problems as yours with my temps but I replaced my stock power supply on my evercase with an Enermax 350W psu... pleasant surprise... not only did my case and cpu temps come down around 10 degrees, but it's a lot quieter too...

i too have the evercase, and i don't know if you have the stock power supply, but i replaced my pwr supply with an Enermax 350W, and not only did it lower my case and cpu temps by about 10 degrees, but it was a heck of a lot quieter as well. hope this helps... the pwr supply made a big...

IMO the construction of the Evercase is decent, walls are thick and quite heavy compared to other cases in its price range. However, I would recommend getting a better power supply for it, I'm replacing mine with an Enermax.

Yeah 350W pwr supply should be plenty enough for your system, assuming you ain't gonna chain a bunch of SCSI drives...you have a mid-tower case, you should be fine. I just ordered an Enermax 350W for my system.
