I'm running a system with 4 FP's and I have 1 bad pixel in one monitor, and to tell you the truth I only notice it if I have a black background, for everyday computing and running aps, unless you kow where it is you can't even notice it. Harry

I think the other missed your point, yes in theory a round cable will allow more airflow around it and help with overall cooling. I don't know if there is anything about the round cables that would have the MoBo run hotter, the only idea I can give you is a guess, and that would be the old IDE...
