Thanks for the info.. I found this info on the power supply.
I plan on building:
Intel P4 2.53 MHZ
Gigabyte GA-8IHXP M/B
2 x 256MB 1066 RDRAM
ATI Radeon 9700/pro
2 ea Western Digital 80 GB S/Edition Drives
Will that power supply handled it?

Thanks

that's right. what a shame.. I don't understand why they would do this..some people just shelled out $150-200 Bucks for the latest card and now are expected to shell out even more just to use it. DUMB is all I can say.
Anyone know why there is no downloadable version of liveware 3 for XP?
Why would they want you to order the CD? anyone know if they are gonna charge?

My socket 7 cpu fan died so I ordered a new one, the one that came in has three connectors that go to the M/B. however I don't have that connection. Is there a way to slave it into the old style power connector.. and which wires do I splice? thanks
VBboy. If you look at the original ALASKA case w/ cooling. you do get an excellent deal. Also it comes with 6ea 5.25" ext bays and 2ea 3.5" ext bays. also 3ea int 3.5" bays.. The new cases are inwin and i know you don't like them but, look at the original.
