Well your sig says your going to get a 1.333Ghz CPU. That particular chip comes with the L1 bridges already connected.
I think all the 266Mhz FSB CPUs come that way. It would be smart on AMD's side as allot of people may buy them and not be able to run at 266. Then they would have to return...

That is my chips limit. I got a GFD and still could not get higher (using a multi of 8).
Be happy with what you have and don't waste the $$ on a GFD (if your reaching for 1G). Your system is running faster than if you used a GFD anyway...
If your not going to OC, you can find a multitude of heatsink / fan combos out there that will be fine for your needs.
I would suggest getting a high end HSF and some good thermal grease.
