How do i know if the chip i order has the bridges connected already?

Well your sig says your going to get a 1.333Ghz CPU. That particular chip comes with the L1 bridges already connected.
I think all the 266Mhz FSB CPUs come that way. It would be smart on AMD's side as allot of people may buy them and not be able to run at 266. Then they would have to return them. But if they have the multi unlocked, the person can go to a higher Multi and run at 200Mhz.
At any rate, you will be fine with the 1.333.
