It says nothing on their on-line PM policy.. So its worth a try.
Like I said YMMV, and even though- $4.99 is a great deal for a $4=50 case for the IPAQ.
Eric
Heres the deal... My local Best Buy (Wiles-Barre, PA) has the HP Premium Leather Cases for the IPAQ on clearance for $4.99.
Next door at Staples, they have it on the shelf for $49.99.
Do the math- $49.99, marked down to $4.99, with $10% of the difference..
Comes out to be $0.50 after PM...
I got a Sony DRU-500A at Best Buy last month- and had a 10% off holiday coupon.. I thought I was doing well because the units are hard to find...
I figured I couldn't pass up trying on the rebate that people have been doubting. The rebate was pulled from Sony's web site but it still exists...
The coupon for the GBA ($10 off) was taped to the box of the last "Pokemon edition" GBA.
Didn't find the other $20 MIR though.
Hot deal if I didn't already have one!!!
Eric
I got in on this deal- and was going to go in for another to make another easy $6.50.
One problem- both rebate slips expect the 'original' UPC code from the box- the box only has one UPC.
I'm going to copy the UPC and send the copy in for the lesser rebate- worst case scenario the phone cost...
Note not all 1100W's are hackable to macrovision free. You need to look at the serial numbers and get a 1mb firmware model. I grabbed 2 of them when they were $68 at Walmart. The last time I was at the Wal-Mart in Hazleton, PA they had 3 or 4 more 1 MB models sitting at the bottom of the...
Dead deal guys.. Last day for the 4th of July specials was on the 6th.
(Although they DID have teh wrong price on the store shelf yesterday when I picked mine up!)
Eric
I picked up the last one on the shelf at the local Best Buy today. It is a Lite-On LTD163D- is region hackable too.
Both rebates printed out... However, both state that they require a UPC off the box- only one is on the box. Will Best Buy accept a photocopy??
BTW- It included PowerDVD 4.0.
Eric
Amazingly I have the same WUSB11 2.5 adapters. Here is my experience..
Look at the drivers versions on BOTH of them, my guess is that one is an older version. On the old XP drivers that I was using, it had the extra tabs. For the new version, it has only 3 tabs. Maybe the drivers for Win98...
I have a Motorola (General Instruments) SB3100D cable modem and a Linksys BEFW11S4 Wireless router connected. When I connect the cable modem directly to the computer via Ethernet I can access the modems web page at 192.168.100.1.
My IP address on my computer is 192.168.1.101 (static, no DHCP)...
