Goto www.microsoft.com/technet do a search for stop codes. I believe thats stop code 0XA. They give a bunch of reseons why it might be happending, but in my experiance, sometimes you are just SOL. Try a different NIC, different drivers, or put the NIC in a different PCI slot. Adam
