Norcent has models starting with RW and with RWJ. RWs are Acer/Benqs RWJs are Liteons. You can flash the RWJs to Liteon firmware. Norcent doesn't update their own firmwares much these drives come with Norcent firmware.

I checked. They are giving me a grade 'b'". I clicked under "order partially processsed " and got a page where it described my order as a grade "b" eventhough the e-mail confirmation was non-specific, and the website said mostly grade "A" at the time of the order. Also, peversely their price...

I ordered from the "cables" version of the website on the 13th. I hope they don't try to fob grade "b" off on me.
