Its a 21264 EV6 500mhz unit. I seem to find info on the 21164 but nothing on the 21264.:( Here goes a picture I guess the 21164 is for workstations and the 21264 for designed for servers.

Ok I identified the socket procesor as an Alpha 21264 500 MHZ. What # are you referring to? On the CPU core it self?
