Abit KT7A RAID but opinons vary.
Asustek's A7V133 (if thats what is called) is Ok too. Basically stick to Abit and Asus with a KT133A chipset and you'll be laughing.

I haev a KT7A-RAID motehrboard with TBird 850@1000. I use a FOP38 for cooling, its VERY loud though. It cools everything like you wouldn't believe though ....
The one thing that I would say to remember when overclocking is that things have a limit and to ust be sensible about what you do, but...
I have a FOP38 and the clip is a REAL pain in the ass to fit. If you bend some of the "spring" out of it before trying it makes it a hell of a lot easier to fit. I do mean a LITTLE though as too much will make the heatsink slide around.
