Depends on the game. Do you have any games in particular you play a lot? Still, I'd say go for it... CPUs hasn't improved that much, especially considering your overclock

I own the audioengine A5+. I'm very satisfied for what it's worth, I believe they are among the best active 2.0 speakers you can get. I don't have a basis for comparison however, as they were a huge upgrade from my previous speakers (I prefer good headphones over speakers).

I learned C# using john skeet - C# in depth. This book skips some of the basics, but covers more advanced features better. Along with some internet references, it provided me with an in-depth introduction (I knew C++ before starting though).

I have an iPod and don't use iTunes. Most good music players will have portable integration (I use musicbee, MediaMonkey is another one).
