    It might be a display error rather than the actual screen itself. Check all your basic stuff like gamma, brightness, saturation, etc. before sending it in.

    The problem you had might have been caused by leaving a DVD in the drive. I had that problem every time I left a BF2 DVD in there and i traded my friend for his cds and it booted normally again.

    do you have the power switch from the case connected to the motherboard? Check for any bent pins and such. Maybe your PSU is faulty
