    I just received a letter from BoA. The bastards cut my credit limit from 23k to 11k. My APR hasn't changed (yet), but I never carry a balance anyway.

    When I was in OD about 2 weeks ago they had some TMobile prepaid cells on clearance. You might want to check your local store. You shouldn't need a password. You don't need to unlock it either, just put your sim card in the phone and you're good to go.
