The Celebration World Resort may be nice but it is not in Celebration, FL, only near it. Celebration's only hotel is the appropriately named Celebration Hotel

I was in a similar situation a few years ago, and ended up staying here.
IIRC, the law is that you must be 21+ to stay at a hotel with gambling facilities, so you won't find a hotel on the strip. However, the linked hotel is quite close to the strip, about a mile.

Although this is probably not the correct forum to discuss this in, the 11mpbs data rate includes radio overhead, so even in the best case you'll never exceed 10mpbs...
