I don't know whether or not you guys overclocked your system, but I didn't overclock anything. All CMOS settings are set to auto. My computer is on 20 hours a day. But there are no bsod or rebooting.

Sata2 have several features that sata1 dosen't have, such as NCQ(native command queuing, hot plug. And if you benchmark with hd-tach, you will notice burst speed goes up over 200mb/s. :) ps. I didn't notice any difference between normal and strong. I'm just using the normal.

I hope updating firmware solve the problem completely. Then at least it will be the surefire method for Hitachi t7k250 sata2 users. :)

How do I set these things? CPU - NB Link Speed 1000? CPU - NB Link Width 16? NB - SB Link Speed 1000? NB - SB Link Width 16? I have venice 3200(not overclocked).

Make sure you install jmicron sata2 driver. :)

Another t7k250 user. http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview...atid=29&threadid=1826790&enterthread=y He installed xp in sata1 mode. (He didn't know t7k250 comes out in sata1 mode by default) Now he switched to sata2 mode. Let's see if his system is stable or not.
