This makes perfect sense to me, and explains why I haven't been able to get my 1.3ghz Duron to POST at 150+mhz FSB, even with my new Nforce2 and the BIOS multiplier set to like 3x. So does anyone have a link to pics of what I need to set the bridges to on my 1.3 Duron?

If it wont boot after a bios flash, try resetting the BIOS. either pull the battery and start the board for a sec, then shut it down and put the battery back, or there might be a jumper. This has worked both times on the 2 boards I flashed that wouldn't boot

My friends Honkinese brand mobo crapped out on him, and he's got a Celery 466 PPGA. Will PPGA celerons work in the new 815 boards? Specifically this 466 with the TUSL2-C? Thanks!

Well actually I like to leave space between my cards, as long as I can stay away from irq conflicts of course. I figure the space will help keep them a bit cooler, even though it probably won't help noticable, it certainly couldn't hurt reliablility. Of course give your max o/c'd video card...

I got my _unlocked_ Duron 650 from Thompsons Computer Warehouse, on pricewatch. Runs at 900 @ 1.85v/3.40v.

Dark4ng3l is right, do NOT even boot it up w/o at least a heatsink on it. I know you can run p2's, celerys and the like w/o any cooling for a very short while, but why risk it? I'm sure you can get a cheap heatsink for a few dollars. I'd _give_ you one of my extras if you live in san diego :)...
