Zyxel X-550 connection to cable modem

Help. What am I forgetting?

Zyxel x-550 router.
Charter Cable modem.

Router was working week ago before I moved with DSL. Wireless and wired.
But now, working connection from PC to Cable modem works.
But plugging in NW cable to router LAN and then PC to router jack 1-4 and I get no connection.

What am I missing?
