I flamed Alpha for the exact same thing a while back 😉 It would be relatively simple though to add in (from my limited understanding of programming) imho. (Just my two cents)

I don't know if he's going to do this though. He told me to use the built in calculator 😀

We noted that one already. As previously said (a few times🙂) we wont be adding any features until 3.0. Slated for fall release.
