Zuni - Can you change the default color of the forums?

I don't know, the grey default just seems a little dark to me (I on;y see it when I log in, but that doesn't matter! :) ). I know I can change it for myself via the customize button, but could you change the default for everyone (who's using the default theme)? How about the sky blue theme, but with the main color code being #3A6EA5, and the background shade being "light".

Here's a comparison photo between my theme and the forums "default"

No, I just think we should change the default colors because my scheme looks better! :) Don't you think this scheme looks better than the default?

I agree, it won't be happening simply because someone else might come along and want red as default, or orange, or a tweaked up lime green. You can't please everyone, which is why the customize option is there. :)

I agree too. Because frankly I prefer this scheme :D, and I imagine that there are one or two people that might not. ;)

I like whatever theme I have right now (I haven't changed it AFAIK - so I guess the default)

That looks entirely unprofessional - if I saw that, I might forget where I was and actually say what I think instead of what I think won't get me banned :D

j/k ;)

I've never changed the default color scheme either - it works fine for me - I see no reason to change it to what ONE other person thinks is nifty.

You know it looks better than the current theme! Admit it!

Well, my sense of aesthetics is probably a bit different than most people's; aside from the resolution, number of colors, and background, I rarely choose to modify much else on the desktop. I prefer a utilitarian one-size-fits-all approach and as such I don't see any advantage in changing the default for all of AT.

As to whether I think the proposed change looks better? No, I wouldn't say better.. more colorful? More pastel-ish? Reminiscent of Miami Vice? Certainly. Better? No.

I like the default better than either of the ones posted here.

I would have to use rbloedow background color for a little while, the lighter of the two seems good, but the darker one doesn't work with the text. I definitely don't like the blue FORUMS > FORUM ISSUES as the blue and white blur together, the dark blue is easier to read.
