Well, Zune has the bigger screen. I am not sure of the quality, however.

I have a video iPod. I played around with a Zune a few hours ago, and I have to say it was good. The photos online don't do it justice. The screen is bigger and I liked the way it played videos. Interace is simple and easy to use. The wheel on the Zune is NOT a touch-scroll wheel like the iPod. Gotta press the wheel to scroll up and down. The FM radio is apparently HD radio, because it tells you the name of the song currently playing (on HD channels only). Thicker than the video iPod.

Apart from the complaints about the Zune not supporting older DRM music, I think it's a good MP3 player. Definitely second-best in the market, if not the best.
