You should have searched my site alittle more :)

Here's how to use the Zune as a USB Drive

That's the only method right now and of course it only works on PC's with Zune software installed. Hopefully this will be hacked soon.

Yeah Engadget didn't know what they were doing. That's why they did it over and over again. Read my link before posting. The solution is inside.

Just updated mine to v1.2, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. No problems with the software not knowing when it was done updating, it told me it was done after a minute of updating and rebooting the Zune.

I want a Zune, but I really want the special edition pink one. That just looks awesome. I hope for Christmas I can talk my dad into purchasing one for me.

The special edition pink and orange Zunes were shipped to the people who were involved in the creation and marketing of the Zune. You can find them on eBay for nearly double the price of the regular Zune.

Huh...interesting. Hadn't heard that before. Just wondering, does that mean the person selling this Zune is being dishonest as to how he acquired his?

I bought it at a Best Buy thinking I would be getting black but inside is an insert saying that it is #20 of 100 extremely limited edition Zune devices.

I wouldn't say he is being dishonest. But the pink Zune wasn't sold for retail. It was given away. He probably bought the Zune from someone else and is trying to sell it for some profit.

So it's not dishonest to misrepresent how he acquired it, because he is trying to sell it for a profit?

No, I'm saying you could probably trust him that he actually HAS the device. I would personally just get a pink Zune from someone else.

Very cool. Maybe the guy selling the Zune on eBay that I linked to above just happened upon one in Best Buy.

yup, some tech blogs report that they have different serial numbers on the bottom (a different scheme then normal i guess?) but each box comes with a CoA verifying that it is a special edition Pink Zune
