Hello guys,
I want to upgrade my Zotac GTX 780(Reference cooler) and trying to figure this since early of this month. My first choice is Founder's Edition. But all FE cards are out of stock in my country and no hope to see more of them again. Not a single brand is planing to re stock FE. As i contacted them all(almost). So I'm stuck with third party gpu's(aw..). I had 2x xfx 6600gt, Zotac 9600gt and ati hd3870x2 :)They all died a slow death due to their fan issue. Imo i find quality of nVidia reference fan/cooler much better/durable. A lot of complain regarding coil whine, fan failure ect with third party gpu's pulls me back. So with my past bad experience with third party gpu's, someone is still suggesting me to go with EVGA(if no other option left) as they use better components, coolers and ball bearing fans unlike Zotac which utilize sleeve bearing fans(don't know the difference). But a lot of people are also complaining about coil whine with evga gtx 1080 cards(source: EVGA forum) or mostly with third party gpu's. Founders edition have far less complaints.
Personally i would like to go with EVGA because of ball bearing fans(much durable in a long-run). EVGA has launched here recently(around Jan 2016). So can't comment about their service. Zotac offers 5yrs warranty with replacement(mostly) against faulty gpu(s) and low turnaround time for rma.
or
Should i go with GTX 1070 Founders Edition? (still available). But its a quite weak card. It can not even manage avrg. 60fps in Deus ex Mankind Divided @1920x1080 with i7 6700. I have 3770k lol.
or
Is it even worth upgrading now as pciex 4.0, HMB ect are near.
If i upgrade now then i have to wait for next 3yrs (with 1070) and 4yrs(1080).

Well, PCI-E 4.0 is not near and will matter very little as current cards do not fully saturate PCI-E 3.0. HBM on a consumer card is going to be Q1 '17 at the absolute earliest IMO, anyone who tells you otherwise is being awfully hopeful.

As for the longevity of third party 1080s, the GTX 1080 has only been out for 3 months. Hard to say what card will hold up best in the long term. I received an artifacting Gigabyte G1 Gaming that had some coil whine which was disappointing. However, I have only heard good things about the EVGA ACX 3.0 cooler.

MSI, EVGA, ZOTAC, and ASUS are my recommendations. Don't hold your breath for a 1080 killer from AMD. Could be months and there's no guarantee it'll be significantly faster or cheaper than the 1070/1080. You'll also have to compete with miners for availability of Vega, whenever its released.

You can also bet that if a Ti card is released this generation, it will be priced higher than the 1080.

Due to my budget restrictions 1080Ti is out of option then :D GTX 1080 is already selling around $900 here and $600 for 1070. So I'm just thinking of getting a GTX 1070 FE instead and upgrade it after 2-3 years later with GTX 4080 FE?

Deus Ex performance will improve with patches surely. It's not anywhere near that great looking of a game and performs like a straight console port at this point.

Yes this could be the reason. Thanks for your comment. Yesterday I mailed Zotac, EVGA and got response from Zotac today. They are restocking Founders edition very soon. It will take around 15-20 days. Eyes on target now :) I can surely wait for 3 weeks for FE.
