Theoretically you could, but in most jurisdictions this is considered child abuse and if you try you may end up having a permanently attached ankle bracelet and required doses of Depo Provera.
It's pretty much just sideboob.... and airbrushed to hell. Show me a lady that has a flawless breast with a child only a few months old and I'll be in awe.

seeing a breast isn't going cause your son to become a raging sex crazed serial killer and rapist.
its not going to make your husband go out and cheat on you with every woman he meets (although, if he's married to you, chances are he's already doing that and it had nothing to do with seeing a breast. in fact, it probably had everything to do with NOT seeing a breast).

We just can't stand the fact that boobies are for something other than our sole pleasure. Why does the primary function of the breast take a backseat in our minds to it's much less important function as a sexual attractant?
Geez, I don't see too much wrong with the picture.....especially given the context of the magazine.
My first thought was it was one of those optical illusions where they take a pic of a knee at the perfect angle and make it look like a breast. Anywho....nothing to see here, move along.

that's not entirely true. i just killed 8 people in my office with scissors and peed in my bosses hair while singing the star spangled banner. a side-breast shot on a baby mag is to blame.
