Am I the only one who doesn't get the zombie craze?

This ammo seems pointless. At the end of the video it mentions not using it on animals, people, or plants. So what good it is it beyond zombies (ugh) or target shooting?

You also only get 25 per box max, which is like how most self defense ammo is packaged. I wonder how much it will cost? Bet it will be expensive too. Ridiculous.

Because people really think there is a possibility of a zombie outbreak? :whiste:

I guess you haven't read the history books and documentaries like the President of Hornady.

SH: I’ve seen several of the documentaries and read the history books (e.g Dawn of the Dead, World War Z etc.), which is when I learned of this threat and realized we weren’t really prepared. I felt we had a civic duty to our customers, our nation, nay simply the living, to offer the most effective ammunition we could develop

I am just waiting for a zombie rights group to send out a press release on how they are offended and how it is unfair to target them like this.

If anyone doesn't think this is a tongue in cheek marketing gimmick, just read the Q&A. ZOMG they tested it on real zombies so everything else must be true!!

I'm not obsessed with zombies like a lot of people seem to be, but I find this pretty funny, especially the interview with Hornady. lulz

the monster craze (zombies, vampires) is to some extent driven by subconscious fears of terrorism. terrorists want to kill you just because you exist.

western movies were driven by subconscious societal concerns with urbanification of the populace.

Terrorists? I see domestic zombies all over the place daily. Then again, I am in southern Milwaukee County. Maybe it has already begun. That looks like a normal morning commute.

Ha. That's awesome. Marketing at its finest.

I gotta get me some in several calibers. Why not....its just as good as their regular stuff but a cooler box.
