ZM80C-HP+OP1 vs Giant 3 for overclocking?

It is soposed to be used in 9800Pro for overclocking. Which will perform better? Also Giant 3 would be used in silent mode.

Well if it helps, i found the Giant 2 to be better than the zalman 80c on my 9800 pro. i've been using at stock speeds of 380/680 fine since september with the puny 40mm fan on (which is dead silent). I can only assume the dual heatpipes helps the giant 2 more than my single heatpipe.

I would go for Giant 3, and leave fans unplugged or at slowest settings...
