ZM6 Voltage Problems

After flashing my bios to version SU which supports the Celeron II processors, My voltage will not stay at 1.7 for use at 100 mhz buss. If I unplug my computer and wait a few minutes, I can get the computer to boot up at 1.7 volts. But upon shutdown, when I restart it, it is back at 1.5 volts and will not change to 1.7 even after I switch it in the bios. I tried flashing back to the original bios, but the voltage selection is still limited to 1.7 max.
Any Ideas?
