I ordered from them back in 2003 and they were fine then and it looks like they haven't changed bucause I placed my first order in 2 years with them last Sunday night, the items were packed on Monday and arrived on Wednesday. They have usually been a day faster than Newegg's saver option for me and in some cases cheaper. The board and CPU that I got with their free 2 day Fed-X was $15 less than Newegg before $4.99 shipping.

To sum it all up I got my goods a day earlier and saved abot $20.

 
I have only ordered from them once, but my items were shipped the next day and they arrived quickly. I was happy with their service and would order from them again.
 
i ordered from them when they were still googlegear, and i have purchased from them since they became zzf. I have not had any problems, so i cant judge their support. their free 2nd day shipping is very attractive and well worth a few extra bucks.
 
i bit the bullet last week, and finally made a purchase with ZZZ after using Negg-Mwave exclusively... pricing was good & free 2-day Fedex was too good to pass up... bought a zalman copper gpu-cooler & 120mm antec blue LED fan (white box)... well the fan was not blue LED and i have requested an RMA... i own other antec fans and the logo on this "white box" purchase looks suspiciously different... i have a bad feeling why it was "too good" to pass up...
 
I've never had a problem with them, always get my stuff in a fast and reasonable time. I tend to order some stuff from them, and some stuff from newegg at the same time, and zipzoomfly usualy ships first, but occasionaly new egg does. Either way, they are both fast and I've never had a problem with either.
 
Ordered a hard drive on Wed morning, delivered here in Indiana on Fri morning.

It was 13 bucks cheaper than Newegg, too.

I would buy from them again.
