What are your experiences with them? What did you buy.

I ordered a PS and 2 SATA 200GB drives. Their website processed everything very slow but the product actually shipped one day before the site said it shipped so in the end I'll get my part as quick as Newegg. They updated the process of my order very slow. If they fix this I'm sure they'll be right there with Newegg and everything shipped FREE.

Ordered an MSI RS480M2-IL motherboard
AMD Athlon 64 3000(939)
512mb of pc3200 Value Select Corsair

I choose "Excellent would do business again."

It was quick and fast for ordering, although lets hope I don't have to find out about their returns, ect, lol.

I really like Zipzzomfly, I have been using them waay before it was zipzoom, when it was still GoogleGear. I have had mostly good luck up until a few month's ago when I purchased a new 19" LCD. The shipment took forever due to a delay in their warehouse, then it showed up with a ton of dead pixels, too many to even estimate an amount. I then went through hell and back trying to return the stupid thing for money, I won't bore you with the details. I still purchase from them and keep my fingers crossed each time that my order shows up in working condition so I don't have to return it. BAD BAD BAD customer relations.

Hate those guys. When I tried to order some parts from them, it would not work. So I tried 4 times. Next day, I find out that they have charged my card 4 time for a total of ~$800. After s***ing my pants I called em up and found out the order was not even confirmed by me yet they still charged it.

Cancelled everything and got pretty much everything from Newegg. But they are way overpriced now. But I got my 19" CRT for free shipping from them>

Yeah I pay a ton from Newegg, I live in Jersey and they charge tax here cause I guess they have a warehouse in this state.

I have always recieved excellent service and support form Googlegear/ZZF and my recent RMA was buttery smooth; the credit was issued to my CC in the stated time frame. Big  for ZZF.

On purchases, they've gotten the items to me 3 days or less. They have very competitive prices compared to other online retailers. Though I've ordered stuff online only to find out the next day they are out of stock.

I'm being picky here, but their website search features could be better. It's decent enough, but I really like Newegg's search features.

On returns, I find it a little slow. I mailed them a return on the Saturday, 19th via USPS Priority. The USPS website shows they received it on Tuesday, 22nd. They did not indicate receiving anything from me until Friday, 25th. I did email them after I received the confirmation from USPS, and they told me it takes 1-2 days for the item to move from their Receiving department to the RMA department. After that, it would take 2 weeks to process the return. And then after processing, it would take 2-3 days for the credit to show. So I'm probably looking at 20-25 days at most before the money is refunded to me. So far, it has been a week since they received my package and my RMA status still shows "Processing Return".

Overall, I gave them a Fair vote.

I rather pay the couple extra dollars and have a peace of mind. I had a nightmare of an experience with ZZF - well over one month to resolve it.

bleh, it took my 2 day shipping from ZZF from February 25th to march 1st lol

Nice thats its free, but yesh. I'd never pay for 2 day in my lifetime as my ground shipping from chiefvalue is coming in just 1 day after.

Nothing but flawless experiences from ZZF for me. Everything I bought from them came within a reasonable time frame (love that free 2nd day), and the prices were cheaper than Newegg in every case.

ZZF is great as is Newegg. Newegg does seem to price gouge on newer high-demand products (as do many on-line places), so you buy from somewhere else.
As for other items, just check the shipping on the Sonata. Newegg regularly has free shipping on that item (got mine with free shipping), and ZZF wants $22 for ground and $78 for 2-day:Q
It all depends on the item.

Very true; ZZF > Newegg for everything I've been purchasing lately, although I've had friends buy stuff from Newegg and have it work out very well.

Especially since Newegg has that priority processing thing; I really like that.

About 95% of my purchases in the last 5 years have gone to Newegg, until the last couple years nobody else seemed to stock so much and across the board have decent prices + good shipping to boot. They were a winner all around. It wasn't until recently that I started to notice a change like the gouging on the A8N SLI board and other parts like mentioned above.

Recently I bought a pair of 6800GTs at Chumbo, some stuff from Monarch and the above mentioned Hard Drives and PS from ZZF. That is 3 consecutive purchases elsewhere where prior to that Newegg met my needs 100%.....are they slipping????

Oh and about this:

I'll get them up already! I asked for this when I posted that sig didn't I. I'll take care of it. hehehehe.
