ZipZoomFly vs Monarch Computers (Who processes orders faster?)

I need to buy a computer case, it is the same price at ZZF as it is at Monarch.

ZZF has FedEx Ground which takes 4 days, Monarch has UPS Ground which takes 3-4 days.

Who will process the order fastest, if I order this weekend?

I would go with ZZF to get fedex ground over UPS Ground (/shutters).

Damn, that sure is quite a bit of replies considering its only been about 2 minutes!

neither produce orders "fast" imo...i recently delt with both and zzf shipped one day sooner...but they still both took 3 days to process my order (i had a prob with CC but fixed it day 1)...
ZZF customer service was okay
MNonarch was excellent...after the order had a problem...sent an email...overall wasnt happy in the end...posted on reseller ratings...2 hours later i get a call and they fix everything!

alot of people've been complaining about monarch being slow for a while. i've heard it's because their business is growing and they're having trouble keeping up - which i can believe to a degree, but i ordered a case and RAM from them recently and everything came fast. also ordered from ZZF, 'egg, ewiz, and amazon and everything came just as fast really... except amazons 2 week estimated delivery turned into nearly overnight.

Monarch actually does call their customers who leave bad feedback on RR. I received a call on the AIW Pro card I have, and ended up getting $80 back after changing my review to reflect their great customer service.

But I don't care about CS. I want my hardware, I want it fast, and I want it in good shape.

Corporate, thx for the link. Seems like I will be buying this case from ZZF. I even save $1.20!!!!!!
