Caveat Emptor..

I just tried to do an RMA with ZZF, and it has been a TERRIBLE experience so far. No one picks up the phone at that company, and email seems to be equally slow.

Has anyone actually had a positive exeperience with ZZF customer service?

Wasn't very good for me. Part of it was my falt though.

But the person I had to talk with was a real b***h.

All my purchases have gone smooth as silk. I haven't had to use Customer Service so I can't comment on that.

I had to sic my credit card company on them when they send me
two previously damaged hard drives.
bastards tried to screw me until i got the ccc involved.
