My zippo has gotten increasingly tougher to light these days, so I went out and bought new flint and a wick. I already installed the flint but does anyone know how to install the wick??

dude, just stick it in the hole...

on the underside lay some of that cottony stuff down, lay the wick across it, and more cottony stuff, more wick until its all gone.

burn the tip a little bit to get it in the hole easier. (Or you can wet it with fluid just be careful)

Precisely... Burn the tip for a second, then poke it through the top (after you have already pulled all the cotton out of the bottom. Put it on through until you have a little bit left out the top. Fold the long piece in the bottom, up, and put the cotton back it. Douse with lighter fluid. Profit.
