Thanks to RayZor, I have learned about the protect function for my zip backup tapes. But, I am having another frustration. Whenever I attempt to do a simple file copy or look at the contents of my Zip drive it keeps telling me to insert a tape even though one is already inserted. I'm also getting this error message:

While processing file: F:\ Iomega QuikSync 3 encountered an error: 87 The parameter is incorrect.

Any suggestions?Text😱
