PR zip code starts with 00
so are a lot of APO, FPO zips

there is a place for 00393, i wouldn't ask if it is so easy to be found. 😛

Canada does not use 5 digit postal codes, they have 6 character alpha-numeric postal codes.
EDIT: In case you are thinking of California, 00393 is not a valid US postal code. The lowest numbered postal code is 00501 for an IRS processing center in New York state.

for those who are trying to be smart, the research department I work for is funded mostly from USPS. 100% of my job is dealing with addresses.

well, I asked this because I have seen many letters that goes to Xanadu, CA 00393. of course, I find the zipcode or city Xanadu.
