I read what you wrote, and honestly, I just can't buy it.

I really think Zimmerman was over zealous, but Trayvon actually initiated physical conflict. Especially with what's already out in court, what I see is Trayvon was a wanna be hood rat (read his texts, his history, etc... writing is on the wall. He was a wanna be hood rat), and he decided to confront some guy that was following him. Most likely by jumping him so he could brag about beating up some dude.

Except dude had a gun and Trayvon got shot.

Like I said in another post, IF trayvon jumped Zimmerman, nothing else matters. Trayvon escalated it. It's all his fault.

The Prosecution's theory is that Zimmerman wanted to kill Martin. Couldn't it likewise be argued that Trayvon wanted to fight (and possibly even kill) a guy like Zimmerman who thought he was suspicious? Heck, Trayvon referred to Zimmerman as a "ni**gah" and "cracka". Could it be argued that Trayvon's failing to inside the safety of the house and instead heading out to find Zimmerman is a physical expression of a desire to start a fight? Perhaps Trayvon wanted to find Zimmerman and start a fight.
 
Yep Zimmerman wanted TM dead so much he called 911 before he committed his first degree murder to report the suspicious dude in the neighborhood.

I dunno! If I wanted someone dead, I think calling 911 first would be the last thing on my mind.
 
I mean imagine being as stupid as GZ. He is following someone who he thinks is a criminal. You follow this guy and all of a sudden your on your back getting punched in the face. As far as GZ thought at that point he was indeed following the right person and was now in a fight for his life.

Nothing here matters, not the fact that GZ is stupid, not that TM had a history of whatever. The only thing that matters is GZ was on the ground beaten and TM didn't have the same damage done to his body. GZ called an official line and was wanting police assistance.

It's almost open and shut.

In the "real world" Zimmerman is being tried for 2nd degree murder. Even his supporters admit he did a horrible job of policing the neighborhood. You are a complete fool.

Read it, doesn't change anything I said.

I am not about to go read a 25,000 post thread so are you talking about the hand over the mouth bit or out of hundreds of Q&A's the only thing that was different was him saying TM was circling the vehicle then never mentioning it again?

Why don't you lay down and let me punch you in the face while trying to cover your mouth and see how loud you can get. It would be literally impossible for someone to do that so that has no bearing in this case.

Saying GZ was not scared because he exited his vehicle is just as stupid and again has no bearing what so ever.
 
By the way, watching this case on the News is extremely annoying and entertaining at the same time. I just want her to bust out and speak her mind.

I think he did a fantastic job policing the neighborhood.


Note that the this quiet community didn't have another break in for something like 8 months after this incident.

Sounds like he got the serial burglar who was terrorizing the neighborhood.

What is your theory of the case, then? Do you think that Zimmerman broke his nose previously in a bar fight earlier that day? Do you think he broke his own nose so that he could claim self defense?

I suspect that we'll hear all about the nose issue and the head lacerations in the defense part of the case. Interestingly, the prosecution doesn't seem to want to have addressed the issue yet. The prosecution also hasn't explained why there aren't any punch bruises on Martin nor signs that Zimmerman jumped and straddled Martin while punching him MMA style.

We know he was in a fight. How else did his nose get broken between 7:15-7:30pm that night?
 
How many troll threads do we have to have about this?

At the very least, can we lock all the racists and trolls into their own special TM/GZ section so the rest us don't have to see their drivel? Then they can troll each other to their hearts content without us having to see it.

I guess we should thank Zimmerman for "taking one for the team" then. And I guess we should thank Martin for showing other "angelic little boys carrying skittles and iced tea" to keep on their toes since they never know when someone may be a bad person to get in a fight with.
