The actress had agreed to sleep with Bo for 10 million Yuan (approximately SG$2 million) and they had at least 10 encounters in between 2004 to 2007, according to the Chinese media.
Zhang was also believed to have been introduced to other officials through Xu, and slept with them to rake in about 700 million Yuan (SG$141.7 million) from the transactions that took place between 2004 and 2007.

The China Post news staff--Chinese actress Zhang Ziyi denied yesterday media reports that she had allegedly “interacted” with Bo Xilai, the former Communist Party boss of China's Chongqing City in exchange for “huge” monetary gifts.

Zhang, who is currently shooting a new film in southern China, said on her personal microblog that many people “can take wind as rain” using their imaginations.

Her statement was taken as a denial of the media allegations about the sex scandal.

If she's connected with Bo Xilai in any way shape or form then she's going down too. That scandal rocked China hard and they're still feeling the after effects. This isn't to say whether her being paid for prostitution is true or not. If there was a connection between the two of them, whatever it was, has bit her in the ass because of his downfall and not her own actions. Prostitution is just icing on the cake. Err, or rather semen in the mouth? Santorum in the anus?
 
Its China so probably these are true
1. It was either sleep with Bo for 10 million yuan or he'll make your life miserable
2. She probably refused some really ugly Chinese official so this story came out.
