I got a response in 1-2 weeks that they had received my rebate submission and then received an email two weeks after(last week) saying that my rebate check had been mailed out.

1 month is nothing anyways. From what ive heard worldwiderebates is reliable so...

Rebates generally take about 3 months. Start to contact them when its over 3 months bud, not 1 month.

Sure, I know it takes more than a month to get your check bud, but it shouldn't take over a month for them to say they've received your paperwork. As in I mailed it off November 25th or so and they still have no record of having received it, bud.

I'm not sure yet actually, they sent me a blank e-mail in response to the one I sent them. So I e-mailed them back again, still waiting for a response with some words.

Well I can tell you that my rebate was received on 1-3-09 and today it was approved. Oddly, it says it will take 8-10 weeks to mail it out... lol.

lol little update, I got an e-mail back from them saying if it'd been more than 4 weeks without a status change to resubmit my paperwork. I was about to do that, but today I got another e-mail from them saying my rebate had been denied, and that they received it December 7th?

The reason it was denied:
"Item for which you are applying does not belong to offer HV-5046"

Do a search for HV-5046 and the very first heatsink that comes up is the Zerotherm Zen. Are they retarded? I have to call them tomorrow to get this sorted out, their lines are only open until 6pm...

Yeah I've still got copies of my submission and the UPC is definitely for the Zen. When I was registering online I selected the option to be paid by check for $30 instead of the quick processing thing, and now it says I was denied a check for $10, so the idiot who handled my rebate must've done something wrong.

I got mine one or two weeks ago after (re)submitting in mid-December or so. With a picture of the bar code nonetheless.
