Wow, they tuned that WAY down, and Plant still could barely sing it.
Don't know what key they played it in, but it was definitely lower.
I'd still go see them just because they are Led Zeppelin, but Plant's voice is pitifully weak now.

You need to find a Youtube of Zep doing that song in the 70's, and play it along with this week's version and then come back and tell me he sounds great.Originally posted by: miketheidiot

I did. My opinion stands. I'm sure he did performances worse than today as well, those don't make youtube though.

Robert Plant fans should see this;
Robert Plant and the Strange Sensation
"Filmed in high definition during the 2005 "Mighty Rearranger" tour, this intimate PBS "Soundstage" concert captures the onstage magic of rock icon Robert Plant performing Led Zeppelin classics such as "Black Dog" and "Whole Lotta Love," plus newer solo works with his band The Strange Sensation. The set list also includes "Four Sticks," "Freedom Fries," "No Quarter," covers of "Hey Joe" and "Girl from the North Country" and more."
..I have a copy of that. Very entertaining.
