my order worked out fine, ordered some half rim titanium memory frames and 1.61 high index lenses for ~$40. next time i think i'll get the 1.67's though.

I have a pair for $36.85 in my cart now. I am going to give them a shot.
I'll use my American Express. They'll fixed the charges in a second if something goes wrong.

The problem I'm angry about is their service, and policy...

Sure if all goes well,, there's nothing to complain about.. like the rest of you said..

However if something does go wrong, is it justice to say,, sorry buddy ur out 50 bux because we scribbled ur address wrong and fucked up. :\

Again with the address thing. That's the second time this thread that you've blamed the missed shipment on the wrong address, almost as if you know they have the wrong address. Do you really think they write it out by hand? Don't you realize that they print out the shipping labels and the address field is what YOU filled out? What'd you do? Put in your old address or something on accident?

I have been buying glasses at costco, but I will give zenni optical a try. $50 bucks for glasses is damn cheap, I've been paying nearly $400 at independent stores. They could lose several pairs and I'd still come out ahead.

The glasses I'm wearing now are from Zenni Optical. No issues. In fact, when ordering I put the wrong value in for one of the numbers. Within 24 hours I had someone emailing me to make sure I had it right before they started making the glasses.

My pair of glasses was damaged, so I hopped on zennioptical yesterday to order a replacement pair. Ended up ordering 3 pairs of glasses - two regular pairs, plus a pair of safety glasses (putting the big bulky safety glasses over my regular glasses results in my glasses getting fogged up. Safer for my eyes, less safe for my fingers.)
Total was around $60 for all three pairs.

Also, I like the ability to be able to upload a photo of myself, give it the PD, mark each pupil on the photo, and "try on" different pairs of glasses. Ended up getting a pair my wife liked & a pair that I liked.

They already do. Turn around time is about 6 weeks though.
It's a simple process.
1. Remove your eyes
2. Ship them to Zennioptical with prescription
3. They'll laser them and ship them back.
4. Reinstall eyes (I wrote L and R on the back of mine so I wouldn't mix them up)
