Zen Micro USB problem.. wont recognize PLEASE help

Hello, I recently bought a Zen Micro, and I plugged it in via the usb cable, and installed the drivers for it. After installing the drivers, I clicked on Zen Micro Media Explorer, and it said to please plug in your zen micro. The player functions, I can go through the menus and things, but my usb will not recognize the device.. HELP?

I also went on the site and got the latest drivers. I also tried it on a different computer, with the same result. Did I forget to install something?
