I got an idea and ran with it. It took me way too long and was way too much effort, but I enjoyed almost every bit of doing it. In spoilers because it contains naughty words that some may want to bonk me for, so please do not bonk or remove. This seriously must've taken me over 15 hours.
And no better time to post it since we're in full content drought without any leaks.
This has no right being this good, thank you.

Almost feels like I'm in Majora Mask: Dawn of the second day - 48 hours remain😂

This is great. Congrats!

Feels weird to actually have become a Youtuber and to say it: share the vid if you liked it please!
(yeah it's super Anandtech centric, but there's no way the Zen 5 Hype is only here, there's other places where they must also be hyped the heck out)

This is great. Congrats!
I originally wanted to post a Lisa Su Moon coming closer to us every 10 days and post "COMPUTEX IS TOMORROW" 24 hours before with a giant Lisa about to squash us...
But I was bonked by Aigomorla so no Lisa's Mask. Instead you get the biggest sheetpost of my life. And thanks!

I find the lack of leaks disturbing.

There was just like a single GNR ES photo and no standard GeekBench leaks. There were a handful of STX ones. What is even more odd is the lack of Turin leaks given how long it has been sampling.

Pre-prod firmware or not, there many are machines at various sites running ES chips connected to the internet.

I still don't know if I need to be interested or not.

I'll upgrade my zen4 when first generation of AM6 CPUs are released, and we still don't know if zen5 or zen6 will be the last on AM5.

"Darth Lisa is stopping the leaks with the Force" disturbing, or "A Chrono Legionnaire made it never exist and we're collectively hallucinating until Computex" disturbing?

To be entirely honest I'm very hype but have no intention of dropping my 5600x until it becomes properly insufficient. Haven't had a real complaint in 2 years yet.
It may even last me all the way to AM6.

Zen 5 x3d will surely be tempting for me, but being on Zen 4 x3d, I think I will be able to resist temptation of Zen 5 without V-Cache.

Iz every Zen/AMD launch like this, or is this more like the 2nd coming of Christ?

As a layman, lurking here, I DO wanna buy AMD stock before launch :)
It might be the first time in a really long time that their CPU is ahead of intel in games (without the use of vcache)

I've been furiously anticipating the ultimate desktop replacement since zen2 4800H was coming out.
It was the first mobile CPU for 2kg 15'' to actually have real high-end desktop power, strong enough but ran too hot. 3 years later 7840HS is better but still not quite there.

Zen5, this is finally IT

in real terms AMD has been consistently ahead since zen2, intel had like 7 stagnant generations and the last few years they keep releasing stuff that needs extreme power to keep up on bench numbers
They were talking about games. And Zen 3 was the first where it was really on par or ahead. Then the 3D cache variants have been needed since then.

When you get an ES, there are certain rules. One could have been NO uploads of benchmarks.
that's a fairly standard rule I assume was in effect in every new release?

but a leaker can easily upload info or screenshots. what is *actually* different this time? every ES was tagged / trackable?
